BAKER/TEAM MEMBER
Brentwood Social House is looking for a part-time Baker/Team Member for approximately 15-25 hours per week. This is an early-morning position, starting around 5:30 am., with flexibility around days scheduled.
This is the perfect learning and growth opportunity for a recent culinary school student/graduate or an efficient and knowledgeable home baker who wants to learn more about working in a commercial kitchen. Ideally, you have experience working in the food industry.

Qualifications
Positive attitude and an energetic team player
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours at a time
Self-motivated; can work without supervision as necessary
Excels in time management and attention to detail
Can read and follow scratch recipes accurately
Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
Very good verbal and written communication skills
Must be extremely reliable
Must be willing to follow CDC COVID-19 guidelines and recommendations (including wearing a mask)
Have a current Food Handlers Certification

Because we are in Stage 5, team members are required to wear masks at all times (requirements are subject to change). All customers (regardless of vaccination status) are required to wear masks inside the cafe (requirements are subject to change).
